Doreen is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda with ten (10) years standing as of 2025. She heads the Finance and Administration Department at NARE.

Doreen is passionate about civil litigation in the areas of industrial relations, land law, commercial and corporate practice.

She is a seasoned trainer in Industrial Law matters, an area she is not only skilled in but passionate about.

Doreen is also central to the Corporate Advisory team at NARE where she handles a number of commercial transactions with specific emphasis in the areas of land conveyancing, legal and regulatory transactional matters including construction of commercial contracts.

She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
