Wilberforce is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda since 2019, with a practice dedicated to Commercial and Civil Litigation, as well as Corporate Advisory Services. He advises and represents clients across diverse sectors, offering guidance and advocacy in matters of banking and finance, debt recovery, employment law, and transactional assignments.

His practice also extends to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), where he helps clients achieve practical, cost-effective solutions to complex legal challenges.

Wilberforce is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
